In season 1 i love the episode Hathor. But my absolute favourite is Singularity, when Cassandra first appears. I think the episode is well written and it really pullls on the heart strings when Sam is crying as she leaves Cassie alone in the bunker!

In season 2 my favourite is A Matter Of Time.
